Daniel Ittner is a founding partner of Koehler & Ittner and leads the firm’s Corporate Department.

Marco Koehler is a founding partner of Koehler & Ittner and leads the firm’s Intellectual Property Department. Mr. Koehler is an experienced intellectual property lawyer who focuses his practice software licencing, trademark matters, contract drafting and client counselling for software and online related matters. Since the beginning of his legal practice, Mr. Koehler has successfully represented a variety of international clients, including in technical areas such as software, devices, e-commerce, and food products.
Mr. Koehler also advises foreign clients on all questions regarding the purchase and sale of real property in Germany.
